Health & Safety Protocol
1. Attendees are strongly encouraged to be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations per CDC guidelines. This means having completed a COVID-19 vaccine primary series and received the most recent booster dose recommended by the CDC and as authorized or approved by the Food and Drug Administration, or for international guests, the World Health Organization.
2. Attendees will be required to attest during registration that they will test for COVID-19 if exhibiting any symptoms prior to the departure for the annual conference, while attending the conference, and/or following their return home after the conference. Attendees should not participate in the conference if, at any point, they test positive before or during the annual conference.
3. CDC recommendations or requirements of the host country are in effect at the time of the meeting and will be enacted and enforced.
4. Masks are welcome but not required. Anyone who wishes to wear a mask is welcome to do so and their decision should be respected in addition to social distancing preferences. A limited amount of masks will be provided upon request.
For the health and safety of 2025 conference attendees, COVID-19 safety recommendation or established protocol is subject to change based on COVID-19 community infection levels and any updated guidance from CDC and/or federal or state officials in localities hosting the conference.
If you begin to exhibit any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19, we encourage you to follow CDC Guidelines. Please self-test or visit a testing site. Should you test positive while onsite, please inform Rosslili Villarreal-Director of Operations, in writing to ce@innovationbhs.com of your positive results; reporting is strictly confidential.
